Come and visit us and get a glimpse behind the scenes into the heart of our distillery, where you can experience a journey from grain to glass, and gain an insight into how our family run distillery makes find spirits.  Experience a guided tasting of our award winning spirits gin, vodka, liqueurs, and poitín in a rural setting.

Tara Distillery is part of the Shoalhaven Breweries and Distilleries Trail, located on the beautiful South Coast NSW, where you can sample artisanal produce from local brewers, distillers, cheese makers, and bakers. 


Opening Times
We are open Saturday 11am - 5pm, bookings are essential.

For groups larger than 10 or tour groups please contact us directly. All other seated bookings can be done online via our reservation system above.
