This cocktail originated at the old Bellevue-Stratford Hotel, in Philadelphia, where high-society Clover Club held its meetings. A beautiful rich, creamy, citrus and fruit gin cocktail, and a favourite of the famed poet William Butler Yeats.
Recipe:
You will need:
50ml Tara Pot Still Gin
20ml Cointreau
25ml Raspberry Syrup
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Egg White
5ml Sugar Syrup
3 Raspberries
Method:
Add Ice to one half of shaker, and combine spirits. Shake for 30seconds and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Add 3 fresh raspberries to a skewer for garnish.
