A bold, true pot still gin with juniper, coriander, local-foraged sea lettuce from the Shoalhaven's white sandy beaches, local mountain pepper leaf, Irish rowan berry, heather, and Newfoundland savoury. This is a distinctive, well-balanced, and beautifully complex gin.
