A rich & complex gin, with layers of dried fruit and ginger spice combining with fresh notes of juniper and orange.
This first, single-barrel release of our Barrel Aged Gin has spent over eight months maturing in an exquisite french oak Australian sherry cask. Our mild south coast climate has allowed the luscious oak to develop in harmony with the gin, enhancing but never overpowering the classic Tara Pot Still Gin character.
