An exclusive single-barrel release, our Barrel Aged Gin has spent a long 8 months maturing in a full-size exquisite french oak Australian sherry cask.
Our mild south coast climate has allowed the luscious oak to develop in harmony with the gin, enhancing but never overpowering the classic Tara Pot Still Gin character.
