Poitín Maple SourIngredients 60mls Tara The Exile Poitín 30mls lemon juice 20mls maple syrup 1 egg white Cinnamon for dusting Dehydrated Lemon Wheel for garnish Method Add ice and all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Using a Hawthorn strainer, double strain into a tumbler glass and dust lightly with cinnamon and add a dehydrated lemon wheel for garnish. Enjoy! This cocktail is an absolute cracker of a drink to enjoy, especially in the cooler months. A hint of maple and cinnamon balances the lemon and poitín beautifully. We absolutely love this cocktail! |
