60ml Tara The Exile Poitín 25ml lemon juice 25ml honey syrup 10 fresh basil leaves Ice Method Make the honey syrup by stirring 1 tablespoon of honey into one tablespoon of water. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, then add all ingredients and shake vigorously for about 40 seconds. Strain into a glass over ice and garnish with a one basil leaf and enjoy! |
