Dublin Handshake


​Ingredients

30ml Tara Pot Still Gin
30ml Baileys Irish Cream
15ml Tara The Exile Poitín
10ml Sugar Syrup
Garnish Brown Sugar

Method

Make simple syrup by mixing equal parts of white sugar and water in a saucepan over low heat until dissolved.  To make the brown sugar rim, rub simple syrup or even water around the outside rim, then roll the coupe glass in the white sugar all the way around. 
In a cocktail shaker, place all ingredients, add ice, and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds or until cold. Strain into a coupe glass.

This is one of our new favourites and it's delicious, it definitely packs a punch!​
