All orders are shipped from Nowra, New South Wales.
All web sales orders are dispatched via Australia Post. We dispatch goods Monday to Friday. If sending goods to your place of work (or a business) please be sure to include the business name and level.
For delivery we suggest allowing 3 to 6 business days for your order to arrive.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to deliver internationally.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be 100% happy with your order and we aim to ensure that all products supplied to all customers arrive in perfect condition.
Our returns policy covers the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products, provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within seven working days from the date of your order being delivered. However, we will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective. You can return the product/s to us if they are new, unused and full price.
